Adelina Borisova holds a Doctorate Degree in political science and currently works as a chief expert in the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training which is a state body to the Councils of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria. Main areas of scientific interest: public administration, human resources management in public administration, performance appraisal systems of civil servants in a comparative European context.
